2. Booking & Confirmation
• All bookings are subject to availability.
• A booking will be considered confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received.
• Final confirmation will be shared through WhatsApp, Email, or other official communication channels.
• Providing incorrect or misleading information may result in cancellation of the booking.
3. Pricing
• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• Rates may vary during peak seasons, festivals, long weekends, or due to supplier policy changes.
• The final price applicable will be the one confirmed at the time of booking.
4. Payment Policy
• Advance payment may be required to secure a booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid before the commencement of the trip or as communicated during booking confirmation.
• Payments can be made through UPI, Bank Transfer, Payment Gateway, or other approved payment methods.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Cancellation requests will be processed according to the policies of the respective hotels, transport providers, and service vendors.
• Non-refundable services are not eligible for refunds.
• Processing fees, transaction charges, or service charges may be deducted where applicable.
• Approved refunds will be processed within the applicable refund period.
6. Itinerary Changes
• Him Pari Tour & Travel reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, road closures, government regulations, natural disasters, traffic disruptions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Alternative arrangements may be provided whenever reasonably possible.
7. Hotel & Transportation Services
• Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by the respective hotel’s policies.
• Vehicles will operate according to the agreed itinerary and service schedule.
• Additional distance, waiting time, extra sightseeing, or additional services may incur extra charges.
8. Traveller Responsibilities
• Travellers are responsible for carrying valid government-issued identification and any required travel documents.
• Travellers are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings, cash, valuables, and documents.
• Travellers must comply with all applicable local laws, regulations, and safety guidelines.
9. Limitation of Liability
Him Pari Tour & Travel acts as a travel facilitator and service coordinator. We are not directly responsible for delays, cancellations, service interruptions, accidents, losses, or deficiencies caused by third-party service providers including hotels, transport operators, airlines, bus operators, activity providers, or other vendors.
10. Force Majeure
Him Pari Tour & Travel shall not be held liable for any delay, modification, cancellation, loss, or additional expenses resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, landslides, heavy snowfall, floods, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, road closures, or other force majeure events.
11. Communication Consent
By submitting an inquiry, callback request, booking form, or contacting us through any channel, you consent to receive communications from Him Pari Tour & Travel via phone calls, WhatsApp, SMS, or email regarding travel services, bookings, and customer support.
12. Privacy
Personal information collected from customers will be used solely for booking management, travel arrangements, customer support, and service-related communication. We do not intentionally share customer information with unauthorized third parties except where required for providing booked services or as required by law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Himachal Pradesh, India.
