Refund and Returns Policy

At Him Pari Tour & Travel, we strive to provide a smooth travel experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms applicable to tour packages, hotel bookings, taxi services, sightseeing tours, and other travel-related services.

1. Cancellation by Customer

• Cancellation requests must be submitted through WhatsApp, Email, or other official communication channels.

• Cancellation charges may apply depending on the type of booking, travel date, hotel policy, transport provider policy, and other service provider terms.

• Any non-refundable booking, promotional offer, special package, or discounted service may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on:

• Hotel cancellation policies
• Transport operator policies
• Activity provider policies
• Vendor and supplier terms
• Time remaining before the travel date

Approved refunds will be processed only after confirmation from the respective service providers where applicable.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be available in the following situations:

• No-show by the traveller
• Failure to arrive at the scheduled departure point
• Voluntary cancellation after service commencement
• Unused services during the trip
• Non-refundable promotional bookings
• Last-minute cancellations where supplier charges apply

4. Cancellation by Him Pari Tour & Travel

In rare situations where a service cannot be provided due to operational reasons, supplier issues, safety concerns, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances, we may:

• Offer an alternative arrangement
• Reschedule the service where possible
• Provide a refund subject to supplier policies and applicable deductions

5. Processing Time

• Approved refunds may take several business days to be processed.

• Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment method, banking system, payment gateway, or service provider involved.

6. Transaction Charges

Payment gateway charges, bank charges, processing fees, convenience fees, or other non-recoverable expenses may be deducted from eligible refunds where applicable.

7. Force Majeure

No refund obligation shall arise for delays, disruptions, modifications, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters
• Landslides
• Heavy snowfall
• Floods
• Road closures
• Government restrictions
• Strikes
• Public emergencies
• Other force majeure events
